Goalie Camps

2024 CO-ED Summer Goalie Camps

Key Information:
- program will be co-ed
- ~8:30am drop-off, 1:00pm pick-up
- 2 hours on-ice training
- 1 hour dryland training
- 45 mins video review of session & feedback (iPad)

Things to Bring:
- Full goalie equipment (including neck guard)
- Sharpened Skates (1/2” hollow recommended)
- Water Bottle
- Running shoes, shorts, and t-shirt (for dryland activities)

Areas of Focus:
- Understanding Crease Depth & Angles
- Reaction Time in relation to Shot Speed
- Body, Glove, & Blocker Positioning (Box Control)
- Dynamic Stance & the Butterfly
- Goalie Edgework (C-cuts, shuffles, t-pushes, pad slides, power push)
- Stick work (Puck Handling, Stick Saves, & Poke Checks)
- Post Integration (RVH / Overlap)
- Game-specific drills, basic to advanced
- On-site instant video review and feedback (iPad)
